Role Overview

We are seeking a Marketing Executive to support the Marketing Head in executing our digital marketing strategy. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of relevant experience, a strong interest in visual design, and the ability to deliver tasks with consistency and precision. The role focuses on building inbound marketing channels through structured content creation, social media management, email marketing, and coordinated digital campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create high-quality social media creatives using Canva, Photoshop, or similar design tools.
  • Execute and publish content according to the planned social media calendar, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Develop and manage email marketing campaigns across platforms such as Mailchimp, Zoho, HubSpot, or equivalent tools.
  • Support content creation including captions, newsletters, and blog formatting.
  • Perform basic SEO tasks such as keyword inclusion, meta updates, and uploading blog posts on CMS platforms.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow, approvals, and content availability.
  • Track, analyze, and report performance of social media and email campaigns.
  • Assist in managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns under the direct guidance of the Marketing Head.
  • Ensure brand consistency across visual and written communication.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in digital marketing or related roles.
  • Strong interest in visual design and familiarity with design platforms.
  • Knowledge of major social media platforms and publishing workflows.
  • Experience with email marketing tools.
  • Ability to follow strategic direction and execute tasks independently with accuracy.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational discipline and adherence to deadlines.

Preferred Skills (Added Advantage)

  • Working knowledge of Figma or similar design software.
  • Basic video editing capabilities.
  • Experience with WordPress or other CMS platforms.
  • Familiarity with inbound marketing concepts.
  • Basic understanding of Google Ads structure and terminology.
