Role Overview
We are looking for a performance-driven Digital Marketing Executive to support the
growth of our online business through data-led campaigns, marketplace visibility,
and conversion-focused initiatives. The role will play a key part in driving qualified
traffic, improving customer acquisition, and strengthening brand presence across
digital channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Performance Marketing & Campaign Execution
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display,
PMax), Meta Ads, and other relevant platforms.
- Monitor campaign KPIs such as CPC, CTR, ROAS, CPA, and conversions, ensuring
continuous performance improvement.
- Conduct A/B testing on creatives, landing pages, and targeting strategies to enhance
campaign efficiency.
- Manage regional targeting campaigns for city-based demand generation.
- SEO & Organic Growth
- Execute on-page SEO initiatives including keyword optimization, metadata, internal
linking, and content alignment.
- Work closely with content teams to create search-optimized category pages, blogs,
and landing pages.
- Track keyword rankings, crawlability, and organic traffic using SEO tools.
- Support Programmatic SEO initiatives for scalable long-tail traffic acquisition.
- Website & Conversion Optimization
- Coordinate with design and product teams to improve landing page experience and
conversion funnels.
- Monitor user behavior using GA4, Search Console, and analytics tools to identify
optimization opportunities.
- Ensure campaigns are aligned with product availability, pricing strategy, and delivery
SLAs.
- Marketplace & Promotional Campaigns
- Support execution of promotional campaigns, seasonal offers, and product launches.
- Align digital promotions with business priorities such as same-day delivery, bulk
orders, and SMB acquisition.
- Assist in developing retention strategies including remarketing and repeat-purchase
campaigns.
- Reporting & Analytics
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports highlighting actionable insights.
- Track revenue contribution, channel performance, and customer acquisition trends.
- Use dashboards to translate campaign data into strategic recommendations.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with category, creative, and operations teams to ensure campaign
readiness.
- Coordinate for creative assets, product feeds, and campaign calendars.
- Ensure alignment between marketing initiatives and business growth targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 24 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing or e-commerce marketing.
- Strong understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO fundamentals, and web
analytics.
- Experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Search Console preferred.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and optimize
campaigns.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, product feeds, and performance marketing
workflows.
- Strong coordination and execution skills in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Competencies
- Exposure to print, customization, or product-led e-commerce businesses is an
advantage.
- Understanding of regional marketing and localized demand generation.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns with strong attention to timelines and ROI.
