Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns to generate leads, drive customer engagement, and support sales efforts.
  • Plan end-to-end digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, display ads, and social media (optional, if role is broader).
  • Create targeted email lists through segmentation based on customer behavior, lifecycle stage, and purchase history.
  • Set up automated workflows and re-engagement campaigns for inactive users or leads.
  • Collaborate with the content and design teams to ensure campaign messaging is aligned with brand tone and goals.
  • Analyze campaign metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversions, bounce rates, etc.) and suggest data-driven improvements.
  • Maintain and update CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho) to manage campaign contacts and track lead stages.
  • Ensure compliance with email marketing laws (e.g., CAN-SPAM, GDPR).
  • Work closely with sales and product teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing and email campaign management, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Proficiency in email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Marketo, ActiveCampaign).
  • Working knowledge of CRM tools and campaign analytics.
  • Strong understanding of customer segmentation and marketing automation.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet tight deadlines.
