Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Director to lead our performance marketing, growth strategy, and client success. This role requires strong leadership, deep hands-on expertise, and the ability to scale brands through paid ads, social media, and data-driven strategies.

If you have successfully managed teams, handled large ad budgets, and delivered measurable ROI this role is for you.

• Lead and manage end-to-end digital marketing strategies
• Plan, execute, and optimize Meta Ads, Google Ads & performance campaigns
• Oversee social media growth strategies (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube)
• Manage and mentor a team of media buyers, creatives & strategists
• Analyze KPIs, ROAS, CAC, funnels & conversion metrics
• Work closely with sales & clients to drive revenue growth
• Scale client accounts and agency operations

• 8+ years of experience in digital marketing
• Proven experience managing 10L+ monthly ad budgets
• Strong knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, analytics & tracking
• Leadership experience (team handling is mandatory)
• Experience in agency environment preferred
• Strategic thinker with execution mindset

• Instagram growth & content strategy understanding
• Client communication & reporting
• Automation tools & CRM knowledge
