Role Overview
We are looking for a
Digital Marketing & Creative Manager / Executive to manage and execute our
organic social media, paid advertising, and digital creative requirements. This role requires a balance of
strategy, creativity, execution, and performance tracking, with strong ownership across platforms and deliverables.
Key Responsibilities
- Social Media Optimization (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook)
- Plan and execute monthly social media strategy aligned with brand goals
- Create and manage:
- 8 reels + 12 static creatives per month
- 1520 stories per month (Instagram/Facebook)
- Develop and maintain a monthly content calendar
- Handle captions, hashtag research, scheduling, and posting
- Ensure profile hygiene (bio, highlights, story icons)
- Manage basic community engagement (comments and DMs)
- Maintain a response time of 46 hours during business hours
- Monitor mentions and basic UGC for engagement opportunities
- Customize content formats per platform (LinkedIn-first content, reels for IG, etc.)
- Share monthly performance reports with insights
- Paid Ads Management (Meta & Google)
- Set up, audit, and manage ad accounts
- Plan and execute campaigns (Traffic, Conversions, Remarketing)
- Handle ad copywriting, audience targeting, and budget planning
- Perform weekly campaign optimization and A/B testing
- Implement and manage:
- Meta Conversion API
- Google Enhanced Conversions
- Monitor monthly budget pacing and performance forecasting
- Maintain and refresh custom, lookalike, and website audiences
- Maintain a structured ad creative and copy library
- Prepare weekly/monthly reports with actionable insights and next steps
- Website & Product Creatives
- Design product creatives for all website listings
- Work with client-provided images (existing library/web-sourced)
- Ensure visuals align with brand guidelines and layouts
- Optimize images for fast website loading (WebP, compression)
- Follow standard file naming conventions
- Define and design product image views (main image, lifestyle, feature highlights)
- Website Creative Design
- Design:
- Product images
- 2324 sub-category banners
- 5 category icons
- Maintain consistent brand theme, color palette, and layouts
- Ensure desktop and mobile responsiveness
- Provide alt-text and metadata suggestions for all creatives
- Deliver final source files (PSD/AI/Figma)
- Verify usage rights for client-supplied images
- Communication & Performance
- Participate in weekly/bi-weekly review and planning calls
- Manage content approval workflows and timelines
- Act as a point of contact for urgent campaign or technical issues
- Conduct pixel, tag, and tracking audits
- Perform quarterly competitor analysis (35 competitors)
- Integrate basic SEO keywords into social captions (especially LinkedIn)
Skills & Qualifications
- 25 years experience in digital marketing and creative execution
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms and paid advertising
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads
- Proficiency in Canva, Adobe tools, or Figma
- Strong analytical, reporting, and optimization skills
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities
- High ownership mindset with attention to detail
