Digital Marketing Coordinator

We are looking for a proactiveDigital Marketing Coordinatorwho can manage client campaigns end-to-end, fromlead generationtofunnel setup, design, communication, and automation.

You'll work closely with our product and operations teams to execute high-impact marketing strategies for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Generation:Find and qualify leads using tools like LinkedIn, Apollo, and other databases.
• Social Media Management:
• Design visually engaging posts (Canva or similar tools).
• Schedule and manage posts across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Write captions, hashtags, and CTAs aligned with campaign goals.
• Website & Funnel Creation:
• Build and optimize landing pages, funnels, and websites using tools likeGoHighLevel, Kajabi, or ClickFunnels.
• Ensure seamless integrations and automation between platforms.
• Email Marketing:
• Set up and manage email campaigns usingApollo, Sender, Brevo, or similar tools.
• Segment lists, write compelling copy, and track performance.
• Client Communication:
• Coordinate with clients via email, WhatsApp, or meetings.
• Understand client requirements, gather assets, and provide timely updates.
• Automation & CRM:
• Assist in creating basic automations and workflows for leads and follow-ups.
• Reporting & Optimization:
• Track analytics and performance of campaigns.
• Provide weekly reports and suggestions for improvement.
