Role Description

We are looking for a proactive Digital Marketing Executive – Client Handling to join our team in Chennai. This is a full-time, on-site role where you'll serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth communication and successful execution of digital marketing campaigns.

You will coordinate with internal teams, monitor campaign progress, manage client expectations, and help deliver high-quality marketing solutions across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day communication with clients and maintain strong professional relationships.
  • Understand client requirements and translate them into actionable tasks for internal teams.
  • Coordinate with designers, content writers, performance marketers, and video editors to ensure timely project delivery.
  • Track project timelines and campaign progress while ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Prepare campaign reports, presentations, and performance updates for clients.
  • Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across social media and other digital platforms.
  • Conduct competitor and market research to support client strategies.
  • Ensure consistent brand communication across all marketing activities.
  • Handle multiple client accounts while maintaining quality and attention to detail.

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Client Servicing, Account Management, or a related role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing, social media platforms, and online advertising.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a customer-first approach.
