The Creative Studio is looking for a Digital Marketing Client Handling Executive who can manage client communication, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure the smooth execution of digital marketing campaigns. Responsibilities

Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
Understand client requirements and communicate them to the internal team.
Coordinate with Meta Ads, Google Ads, Social Media, and Design teams.
Track campaign progress and provide regular updates to clients.
Schedule meetings and prepare meeting notes.
Ensure projects are delivered on time.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Handle client queries and resolve issues professionally.

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience in client handling within a digital marketing agency.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Good understanding of digital marketing services.
Excellent coordination and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
Positive attitude with strong problem-solving skills.
