Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Chennai, allowing flexibility for partial work-from-home. The Digital Marketing Associate will be responsible for implementing and monitoring digital marketing strategies, managing social media platforms, analyzing website traffic using web analytics, and optimizing online campaigns to increase brand visibility. The role involves creating and executing targeted marketing initiatives to build brand awareness and engagement while collaborating with the team to achieve measurable goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including:
  • Website (content updates, SEO optimisation)
  • Social media (LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.)
  • Email marketing and newsletters
  • Paid advertising (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads)
  • Support content creation efforts:
  • Blog posts, landing pages, case studies, whitepapers
  • Social media posts and visuals
  • Email templates and marketing collateral
  • Monitor and report on digital performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot, or similar
  • Optimise content and campaigns based on analytics, trends, and best practices
  • Assist in SEO strategy, keyword research, and on-page optimisation
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Regulatory experts, Design, Sales) to develop aligned messaging
  • Support webinar, event, and digital growth initiatives
  • Stay updated with digital marketing trends and tools

Qualifications

  • 13 years of experience in digital marketing (agency, corporate, or startup environment)
  • Proficiency in Digital Marketing, Online Marketing, and Social Media Marketing
  • Experience with Web Analytics tools to monitor and evaluate campaign performance
  • Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong organizational abilities and the capacity to manage multiple projects effectively
  • Experience in the healthcare, regulatory, or MedTech industry is a plus
  • Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
