This role is ideal for someone who wants to build hands-on expertise across content, AI-driven marketing, and sales enablement in a fast-paced startup environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Content & Social Media Growth
Create, edit, and publish high-performing reels and short-form content across Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube Shorts.
Use AI tools to generate scripts, hooks, captions, and creatives.
Apply viral frameworks such as hooks, retention strategies, trends, and storytelling.
Manage and grow the company's social media presence.
Leverage AI tools to create and scale content efficiently.
Experiment with emerging AI tools for automation, content creation, and growth hacking.
Continuously research and stay updated on trends in AI marketing and content virality.
Support lead generation campaigns across LinkedIn, email, and outbound channels.
Assist in building AI-assisted outreach workflows.
Identify and test growth strategies to improve conversions.
Research competitors, trends, and viral content strategies.
Independently execute assigned growth experiments.
Adopt a fast execution mindsettest quickly, learn quickly, and iterate faster.

- Experience with tools like Gemini, Canva, or similar platforms.
- Understanding of LinkedIn growth and personal branding.
- Exposure to lead generation or sales workflows.
- Basic video editing and storytelling skills.
