Digital Marketing Executive

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to plan, execute, and optimise multi-channel digital campaigns. You will support brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement — working cross-functionally with design, content, and product teams.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Plan & optimise paid/organic campaigns on Google, Meta & LinkedIn
  • Manage and publish social media content aligned to brand guidelines
  • Conduct keyword research, on-page SEO & Google Ads management
  • Deploy and analyse email marketing campaigns (Mailchimp / HubSpot)
  • Track KPIs — traffic, CTR, conversions & ROAS via GA4 dashboards
  • Collaborate with design, content & product teams on campaigns
  • Monitor competitor activity & recommend new marketing strategies
  • Manage website updates, landing pages & conversion optimisation

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

Essential:

  • Bachelor's in Marketing, Business or related field
  • Minimum 1 year professional digital marketing experience
  • Proficiency in Google Ads & Meta Ads Manager
  • Working knowledge of SEO tools (Ahrefs / SEMrush)
  • Email marketing platform experience (Mailchimp / HubSpot)
  • Google Analytics (GA4) proficiency
  • Strong written communication & copywriting skills

Preferred / Nice to Have:

  • CRM platform experience (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce)
  • Basic graphic design skills (Canva / Adobe Suite)
  • Exposure to A/B testing & conversion rate optimisation
  • Influencer or affiliate marketing knowledge
  • YouTube SEO & video content strategy
  • Google Ads or Meta Blueprint certification
