ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to plan, execute, and optimise multi-channel digital campaigns. You will support brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement — working cross-functionally with design, content, and product teams.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plan & optimise paid/organic campaigns on Google, Meta & LinkedIn
- Manage and publish social media content aligned to brand guidelines
- Conduct keyword research, on-page SEO & Google Ads management
- Deploy and analyse email marketing campaigns (Mailchimp / HubSpot)
- Track KPIs — traffic, CTR, conversions & ROAS via GA4 dashboards
- Collaborate with design, content & product teams on campaigns
- Monitor competitor activity & recommend new marketing strategies
- Manage website updates, landing pages & conversion optimisation
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
Essential:
- Bachelor's in Marketing, Business or related field
- Minimum 1 year professional digital marketing experience
- Proficiency in Google Ads & Meta Ads Manager
- Working knowledge of SEO tools (Ahrefs / SEMrush)
- Email marketing platform experience (Mailchimp / HubSpot)
- Google Analytics (GA4) proficiency
- Strong written communication & copywriting skills
Preferred / Nice to Have:
- CRM platform experience (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce)
- Basic graphic design skills (Canva / Adobe Suite)
- Exposure to A/B testing & conversion rate optimisation
- Influencer or affiliate marketing knowledge
- YouTube SEO & video content strategy
- Google Ads or Meta Blueprint certification
