Key Responsibilities:- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google, social media, and email marketing
- Generate high-quality leads through SEO, SEM, and paid advertising
- Manage and optimize social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, etc.) to increase brand awareness and engagement
- Handle Google My Business profile and improve local search visibility
- Create compelling content, creatives, and ad copies for promotions
- Track and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics
- Convert leads into customers through effective sales follow-ups and communication
- Coordinate with the design and operations team to align marketing strategies with business goals
- Maintain customer database and ensure regular follow-ups for repeat business
Requirements:- Proven experience in digital marketing and sales
- Knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and paid ads
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to generate and convert leads into sales
- Familiarity with CRM tools and analytics platforms is a plus
- Creative thinking with a data-driven approach
Preferred Skills:- Experience in interior design / real estate / home decor industry (added advantage)
- Basic knowledge of graphic tools like Canva or Photoshop
