Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing analytics and performance tracking

Job Summary:

We are looking for a data-driven Digital Marketing Analyst who can track, analyze, and optimize digital campaigns across platforms. The ideal candidate should be strong with numbers, insights, and reporting, and should help the team make better performance and ROI-focused decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Track and analyze performance of digital campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, SEO, and other platforms
  • Monitor key metrics such as leads, CPL, CPA, ROAS, CTR, conversions, and traffic
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights
  • Identify trends, gaps, and opportunities to improve campaign performance
  • Work closely with performance, SEO, and content teams to support optimization
  • Analyze audience behavior, funnels, and attribution data
  • Ensure proper tracking setup (GA4, pixels, conversion events, UTM tracking)
  • Support A/B testing and performance experiments
  • Maintain dashboards and reporting tools (Google Sheets, Looker Studio, etc.)

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics and KPIs
  • Hands-on experience with Google Analytics (GA4), Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager
  • Good knowledge of conversion tracking, pixels, and attribution
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to interpret data and convert insights into recommendations
  • Comfortable working with spreadsheets, dashboards, and reports
  • Detail-oriented with a logical and structured approach
