Digital ROI is a 7 year old Pune-based performance marketing agency focused on driving measurable business growth through data-driven digital strategies. We manage paid ads for our customers and drive exceptional ROI for them. We specialise in high-intent, lead-driven sectors such as Healthcare, Energy (Solar & Renewables), and Jewellery, where ROI, scale, and quality outcomes matter the most.

About the Role

This role involves working on-site at the client's Hyderabad office, allowing close collaboration with internal stakeholders, faster execution, and stronger ownership of performance outcomes. You will function as an extension of the client's marketing team, representing Digital ROI while leveraging the agency's expertise, structured processes, and support system to drive measurable, ROI-focused results.

Key Responsibilities -

Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max).

Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, bid strategy and A/B testing.

Track and analyze performance using Google Analytics (GA4) and conversion tracking.

Optimize campaigns to improve Cost per lead, lead qualification rate, and overall account performance.

Prepare detailed performance reports and present actionable insights.

Ensure accuracy and quality control across ads, budgets, tracking, and reporting.

Collaborate with internal teams to align campaigns with business objectives.

Preferred Experience -

Candidates who have worked with hospitals, multi-speciality hospitals, clinics, or healthcare brands will be preferred.

Experience handling lead-driven healthcare campaigns with a focus on quality leads and ROI is an added advantage.

Required Skills and Experience -

3+ years of hands-on experience in Google Ads / Performance Marketing.

Strong expertise in Search, Display, YouTube Ads, and Performance Max.

Solid understanding of conversion tracking, and performance metrics.

Experience with GA4

Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint/Google Slides.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Candidates comfortable working in a fast-paced agency/start-up environment

Self-motivated individuals with high attention to detail
