We are now hiring a Digital Marketing & Growth Specialist to own and scale our entire digital presence and online growth engine — from paid acquisition to organic channels, community, content, and conversion.

Role Overview

This is a hands-on, results-driven role with broad ownership across the digital marketing ecosystem. You will be the single point of accountability for our online marketing strategy — from driving traffic to closing the loop on revenue impact.

You will:

  • Own the end-to-end digital marketing strategy
  • Drive paid and organic growth across all digital channels
  • Build and optimize conversion funnels
  • Manage brand presence, content, and community online
  • Experiment relentlessly to unlock scalable, repeatable growth

This role reports directly to leadership and has clear revenue and brand impact.

Key Responsibilities

1. Paid Campaign Management

  • Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube), Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and LinkedIn Ads (B2B)
  • Manage budgets efficiently to maximize ROI and ROAS
  • Identify high-intent audiences and scale winning segments
  • Monitor daily performance and adjust bids, targeting, and creatives

2. SEO & Organic Growth

  • Own on-page and off-page SEO strategy to improve organic rankings
  • Conduct keyword research, content gap analysis, and technical SEO audits
  • Build backlink strategies and manage domain authority growth
  • Collaborate with content team on SEO-driven blog and resource creation

3. Social Media & Community Management

  • Manage and grow presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, X (Twitter), and YouTube
  • Build organic content calendars aligned to brand and product goals
  • Engage communities, manage comments, and grow follower base
  • Run influencer or KOL collaborations as relevant

4. Content Marketing & Distribution

  • Develop content strategies that attract, engage, and convert target audiences 
  • Support creation of blogs, newsletters, whitepapers, webinars, and video content 
  • Distribute content across owned, earned, and paid channels
  • Support founder-led thought leadership campaigns

5. Email Marketing & CRM

  • Build and manage email marketing flows: welcome series, nurture, re-engagement
  • Segment audiences for personalized campaigns
  • Track open rates, CTRs, and conversion metrics from email
  • Manage CRM hygiene and lead lifecycle in HubSpot or equivalent

6. Funnel Optimization & CRO

  • Develop A/B testing roadmaps across copy, creatives, landing pages, and CTAs
  • Improve CTR, CVR, CAC, and LTV metrics across the full funnel
  • Identify drop-offs from Click → Lead → Qualified → Revenue and propose fixes

7. Analytics, Tracking & Reporting

  • Ensure accurate tracking via Meta Pixel, Conversions API, GA4, GTM, and UTM frameworks
  • Build weekly performance dashboards in Excel / Google Sheets
  • Report insights and recommendations to leadership
  • Understand attribution models and customer journey mapping

8. Website & Landing Page Management

  • Own digital touchpoints: website updates, landing page creation, and UX improvement
  • Work with design and development teams to ensure fast, high-converting web experiences
  • Monitor Core Web Vitals and site health metrics

Required Qualifications

  • 2–5 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing 
  • Proven experience across at least 3 of the following: paid ads, SEO, social media, email marketing, content marketing 
  • Strong understanding of CAC, ROAS, CTR, CVR, LTV, and organic growth metrics 
  • Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets (pivot tables, formulas, dashboards) 
  • Working knowledge of GA4 and campaign tracking / attribution 
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills 
  • Ability to independently own targets and deliver results 

Good to Have 

  • Experience in healthtech, neurotech, wellness, or the startup ecosystem 
  • B2B marketing experience 
  • Basic SQL for funnel analysis 
  • CRM experience (HubSpot or similar) 
  • Video content or YouTube channel growth experience 
  • Experience managing India + US market campaigns 
  • Influencer / KOL marketing experience
