JOB PURPOSE/OVERVIEW/SUMMARY:
We are looking for a disciplined, execution-first Digital Marketing Manager who treats marketing as a revenue and pipeline engine, not a content playground.
This role owns end-to-end lead generation, campaign execution, performance tracking, and team coordination. You will drive predictable pipeline growth across social media, email, WhatsApp, landing pages, SEO, ads, and events, working closely with an internal video team and external agencies.

KEY DELIVERABLES / RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Lead Generation & Performance OwnershipOwn monthly and quarterly lead generation & pipeline targets
Track and optimise CPL, CPA, CAC, ROAS, engagement, traffic, and conversions
Conduct weekly performance reviews with agencies and internal teams
Present performance reports and insights directly to the CEO
Own strategy, calendar, and execution for Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook
Manage and review output of a 2-member video team (Varun & Akash)
Ensure high-volume content production, publishing cadence, and brand voice consistency
Optimise content for reach, engagement, and lead capture
Write, edit, and publish:
Email and WhatsApp campaigns
Case studies and landing page copy
Announcements, collaborations, and event promotions
Review all content for storytelling, clarity, tone, and conversion
Maintain a monthly marketing calendar with SOP-based execution
Own email and WhatsApp automation using Zoho & Interact
Build segmentation, nurture journeys, and follow-up workflows
Manage Google My Business updates, offers, reviews, and response optimisation
Build and optimise landing pages (with UI/developer support where required)
Create simple funnels for lead magnets, events, and offers
Track conversions and drive continuous optimisation (CRO)
Work closely with the SEO agency to ensure deliverables and ranking outcomes
Coordinate with Meta & Google Ads agencies:
Weekly performance reviews
Target and budget alignment
Lead quality and conversion checks
Plan and execute small-scale collaborations, pop-ups, and micro-events
Drive lead generation through on-ground presence and digital amplification
5-8 Years in Experience in B2B or physical-goods marketing (preferred)
Strong English writing, editing, and proofreading
Managing content calendars and performance dashboards
Hands-on experience with Email & WhatsApp marketing (Zoho, Interakt)
Working understanding of Meta & Google Ads (agency review level)
Landing page building and basic CRO
Strong project management using SOPs, checklists, and reviews
