We are looking for a Growth Marketer with expertise in lead generation, PPC, and influencer marketing to scale client acquisition and brand visibility.
Lead Generation
The candidate will have responsibilities across the following functions
:
- Build and execute B2B lead generation strategies to acquire supermarkets, hypermarkets, and retail chains.
- Design and manage lead funnels across paid and organic channels.
- Work with sales teams to ensure leads are high-quality and conversion-ready.
PPC And Performance Marketing
- Plan, execute, and optimise Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads campaigns.
- Track key performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CAC, ROAS) and maximise ROI.
- Run A/B tests on creatives, landing pages, and funnels to improve conversion rates.
Influencer And Partnership Marketing
- Identify and collaborate with industry influencers and retail/commerce thought leaders.
- Run co-marketing and partnership campaigns to amplify brand awareness.
- Measure the impact and ROI of influencer campaigns.
SEO And Content Marketing
- Support SEO initiatives (on-page, off-page, technical) to boost organic visibility.
- Collaborate with the content team for keyword-driven blogs, case studies, and thought-leadership articles.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in growth/digital marketing with a strong focus on lead generation and PPC.
- Proven expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Hands-on experience in B2B SaaS or tech products marketing.
- Exposure to influencer and partnership marketing.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to drive data-backed decisions.
- Working knowledge of SEO is an added advantage.
- MBA, BE/B. Tech or equivalent.
