About the Role
As a Digital Marketer, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing social media and performance marketing activities across digital platforms in alignment with organizational objectives and performance requirements.
What You'll Do
- Social Media Marketing
- Plan and execute social media strategies across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn & YouTube.
- Create monthly content plans aligned with brand goals and campaigns.
- Coordinate with designers, video teams & creators for daily content flow.
- Monitor engagement, trends, insights & optimise content accordingly.
- Manage multiple brand accounts without losing consistency or quality.
- Performance Marketing
- Plan, launch & optimise Meta and Google Ads campaigns.
- Handle lead generation, traffic, engagement & conversion campaigns.
- Audience targeting, A/B testing, creatives optimisation & scaling.
- Track CPL, ROAS, CTR & conversion metrics regularly.
- Prepare performance reports with clear insights, not just numbers.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in social media & performance marketing.
- Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager & Google Ads.
- Knows how to balance creative thinking with data.
- Comfortable handling multiple brands & fast timelines.
- Good communication & coordination skills.
- Someone who takes ownership - not just instructions.
