Digital Marketer

What You'll Do

  • Social Media Marketing
  • Plan and execute social media strategies across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn & YouTube
  • Create monthly content plans aligned with brand goals and campaigns
  • Coordinate with designers, video teams & creators for daily content flow
  • Monitor engagement, trends, insights & optimise content accordingly
  • Manage multiple brand accounts without losing consistency or quality
  • Performance Marketing
  • Plan, launch & optimise Meta and Google Ads campaigns
  • Handle lead generation, traffic, engagement & conversion campaigns
  • Audience targeting, A/B testing, creatives optimisation & scaling
  • Track CPL, ROAS, CTR & conversion metrics regularly
  • Prepare performance reports with clear insights, not just numbers

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in social media & performance marketing
  • Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager & Google Ads
  • Knows how to balance creative thinking with data
  • Comfortable handling multiple brands & fast timelines
  • Good communication & coordination skills
  • Someone who takes ownership not just instructions

Bonus Points If You

  • Have worked with agencies or multiple industries
  • Understand content + ads as one system, not separate tasks
  • Can suggest ideas, improvements & optimisations proactively
