Job Description: We are looking for a motivated and creative Digital Marketer to manage our social media presence, run sponsored ad campaigns, and generate high-quality leads for our business. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in digital marketing, paid advertising, and lead management, with a strong understanding of online trends and analytics.

• Manage and grow the company's presence across all major social media platforms.
• Plan, execute, and monitor paid ad campaigns on Meta, Google, and LinkedIn.
• Generate, track, and manage leads efficiently from various digital channels.
• Create engaging posts, reels, stories, and ads to boost brand visibility and reach.
• Analyse campaign performance and prepare detailed reports on reach, engagement, and conversions.
• Handle audience interactions through comments, messages, and inquiries.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure smooth lead follow-up and conversion.

• 13 years of experience in digital marketing and paid advertising.
• Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and analytics tools.
• Ability to design creative content using Canva or similar tools.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.
• Knowledge of CRM or lead management tools is a plus.
