Key Responsibilities
- Digital Campaign Planning & Execution
- Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel digital marketing campaigns across social media, paid ads, and search engines
- Manage multiple brands and projects simultaneously with a strong focus on performance and ROI
- Social Media Management
- Manage Instagram and Facebook accounts end-to-end
- Create, optimize, and publish reels, posts, captions, and content calendars
- Drive engagement, reach, and brand consistency across platforms
- Paid Advertising (Meta & Google Ads)
- Plan, launch, and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) with effective targeting, creative testing, and budget control
- Manage Google Ads, primarily Search campaigns (Display is a plus)
- Track conversions, traffic, CPL, CAC, and ROI to continuously improve performance
- SEO & Organic Growth
- Execute on-page SEO, including meta tags, headings, internal linking, and content optimization
- Conduct keyword research and search intent analysis
- Optimize blogs, service pages, and landing pages for organic visibility and conversions
- Possess a basic understanding of technical SEO and integrate SEO with paid strategies
- Analytics & Performance Tracking
- Monitor traffic, leads, conversions, and campaign performance
- Analyze data and generate insights to guide optimization and decision-making
- AI-Driven Marketing
- Leverage modern AI tools for:
Content creation and copywriting
Design and video creation
SEO research and optimization
Ad performance analysis and optimization
- Use AI to improve efficiency, scalability, and campaign outcomes
