Role Overview

We're looking for a performance-driven Digital Marketer who can build audience, drive growth, and execute high-impact digital campaigns across organic and paid channels. This role is ideal for someone who understands content, growth, and performance marketingand can connect digital efforts directly to business outcomes.

You'll work closely with brand, content, and leadership teams to scale reach, engagement, and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities

Organic Growth & Content

  • Plan and execute organic growth strategies across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Facebook
  • Own end-to-end content execution (reels, videos, static posts) including ideation, publishing, and optimisation
  • Build and maintain a consistent brand voice and digital presence
  • Track performance metrics and optimise content based on engagement and reach

Performance Marketing

  • Execute and optimise Meta ad campaigns (Instagram & Facebook)
  • Drive high-quality leads while improving ROAS and campaign efficiency
  • Work with creatives to test formats, hooks, and messaging
  • Monitor campaign performance and share actionable insights

Analytics & Optimisation

  • Track key metrics: reach, engagement, CTR, conversions, and growth
  • Build reports and dashboards to measure impact
  • Use data to continuously refine content, hashtag strategies, and paid campaigns

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with content creators, designers, and brand teams
  • Align digital campaigns with product launches, partnerships, and business goals

What We're Looking For

  • 13 years of experience in Digital Marketing / Social Media / Growth Marketing
  • Proven experience scaling organic reach and audience
  • Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager
  • Strong understanding of content formats, trends, and platform algorithms
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into action
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment

Nice to Have

  • Experience working with creators, startups, or D2C brands
  • Basic video/content editing knowledge
  • Experience with analytics tools and reporting
