Role Overview

Dalvoy is growing fast and we're looking for someone who can create content that drives performance, not just aesthetics. If you love shooting, editing, scripting hooks, catching trends, and turning content into growth, this role will feel like home.

What you'll own

Reels + Shorts + ad-style videos for Instagram and YouTube in different aspect ratios

Daily planning, scripting, shooting and editing end-to-end

Trend research and storytelling that speaks to government exam aspirants

Performance-driven content, not just posting for reach

Full creative control with direct access to founders

Who we're looking for

More than 1 year of professional full-time experience in content creation and digital marketing

At least 2 years of content creation experience overall (personal + brand)

Personal Instagram profile with 10k+ followers and multiple videos crossing 50k+ views

Fluent in English and Hindi, comfortable on camera

Based in Delhi NCR and willing to work on-site from Gurgaon multiple days a week

Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads

Fast and independent execution, not someone who takes days to finish a 30-second reel

Tools you should be comfortable with

CapCut, Canva, DaVinci, Photoshop or similar

AI tools like Veo / Runway / Nano Banana are a bonus

What you'll get
