About the Role:

Omni-Bridge Solutions is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Digital Learning Sales to lead business growth in our LMS and e-learning solutions portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a proven record of success in selling digital learning products, enterprise LMS platforms, or corporate training solutions across industries.

Key Responsibilities:

⦁ Identify and develop new business opportunities in the digital learning and LMS space.

⦁ Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, training heads, and HR decision-makers.

⦁ Understand client requirements and propose customized digital learning solutions.

⦁ Manage the complete sales cycle — from lead generation to deal closure.

⦁ Collaborate with delivery and product teams for smooth project execution and client satisfaction.

⦁ Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

⦁ Stay informed about e-learning trends, new technologies and competitor offerings.

⦁ Significant Learning process or Learning system implementation and maintenance experience include analytical thinking and high attention to detail.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

⦁ Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing or related field.

⦁ 5+ years of B2B sales experience in e-learning, EdTech or LMS solutions.

⦁ Strong understanding of LMS platforms (Moodle, Blackboard, Canvas, TalentLMS, etc.).

⦁ Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.

⦁ Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales goals.

⦁ Experience using CRM tools like Salesforce, HubSpot or Zoho.

Preferred Qualifications:

⦁ Experience selling custom e-learning content or SaaS-based LMS.

⦁ Ability to perform in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
