About Position:
QA Lead responsible for driving end-to-end quality strategy and test automation for Salesforce Sales Cloud implementations. Lead planning, execution, and reporting across functional, regression, and automated testing using AccelQ, ensuring high coverage and timely releases.
Partner with stakeholders and development teams to manage defects, improve QA processes, and ensure reliable, scalable solutions.

What You'll Do:
- Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts using Salesforce testing tools
- Perform functional, regression, and automation testing for Salesforce Sales Cloud applications
- Identify, log, document, and track defects thoroughly using defect tracking tools
- Validate defect fixes and conduct regression testing to ensure issue resolution
- Collaborate closely with developers to ensure consistent and timely project execution
- Review requirements, test cases, and test results to ensure coverage and quality
- Support testing activities across different phases of the software development lifecycle
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes
Expertise You'll Bring:
- 5 to 8 years of experience in QA and test automation, preferably in Salesforce environments
- Strong hands‑on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, including configuration, customization, and features
- Proven experience in Salesforce test automation using AccelQ, including test creation, execution, and defect management
- Strong experience in automating Salesforce testing, including scripting, execution, and reporting
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Knowledge of additional Salesforce platforms such as Service Cloud or Marketing Cloud (preferred)
- Experience with testing tools such as Selenium, JIRA, or similar (preferred)
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Working knowledge of programming languages such as Java or Python (preferred)
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation integration
- Familiarity with database systems such as SQL or Oracle
- Understanding of SDLC and QA best practices
- Exposure to performance and security testing concepts (preferred)
- Basic understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure (preferred)
- Strong problem‑solving skills, attention to detail, and commitment to quality
