The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in instructional design, learning technologies, and hands-on experience leveraging AI tools such as Claude and ChatGPT to enhance learning outcomes and scalability.
Key Responsibilities
1. Learning Strategy & Design
Design and implement end-to-end digital learning strategies.
2. AI-Driven Learning Innovation
Integrate AI tools like Claude and ChatGPT into content development and delivery
Automate content creation, assessments, and learner feedback
Experiment with AI-powered tutors, chatbots, and recommendation systems
3. Platform & Content Management
Manage Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital learning platforms
Oversee course lifecycle: design, development, deployment, and updates
Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), designers, and tech teams
Train internal teams on digital learning tools and AI usage.
