Job Description

Job Summary

As a Digital Lead Management Specialist at Adecco Middle East, you will be responsible for managing all incoming digital leads across UAE, KSA, and LHH channels. The role ensures fast response, accurate lead qualification, effective routing and full conversion monitoring to maximise revenue from digital demand.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Intake & Distribution

  • Lead insertion on INFO with correct client details.
  • Monitor UAE, KSA, and LHH shared mailboxes daily and action within the SLA.
  • Weekly reporting and dashboard management on INFO.
  • Fully accountable for digital lead routing and follow-through.

Lead Handling & Follow-Up

  • Contact all prospects within 24 hours and log details in INFO/Salesforce.
  • Assign leads to relevant consultants/KAMs and schedule client meetings within 48 hours.
  • Track lead progress in INFO/Talent Rover until the first invoice.

Lead Qualification & Scoring

  • Apply scoring models (source, intent, job type, geography).
  • Define MQL criteria with Sales/Recruitment teams.
  • Route non-sales-ready leads into nurture or re-marketing flows.

Data Mining & Intelligence

  • Manage ZoomInfo data extraction and report on ROI of mined datasets.

Reporting & Performance Analytics

  • Weekly reporting for UAE & KSA: MQL Contacted Proposal Signed Billed.
  • Analyze lost and inactive leads.
  • Maintain digital lead dashboards in regional reporting tools.

Re-Marketing & Engagement

  • Share weekly newsletters to clients/prospects with Marketing alignment.
  • Track engagement metrics (opens, clicks, impressions).

Requirements

  • Strong digital sales and business development skills.
  • Knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, and social media advertising.
  • Marketing Cloud automation knowledge.
  • Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce/INFO) and data analytics.
  • Ability to communicate technical solutions effectively.
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Adaptability to digital trends and emerging technologies
  • 3-5 years of experience in digital sales, business development, or e-commerce.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue through digital channels.
