Job Purpose
The Project Manager Digital Solutions will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering digital projects within the Retail Banking business. Based in Mumbai (BKC), the role involves coordinating with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely, cost-effective, and high-quality project delivery. The role holder will manage project scopes, schedules, risks, and documentation while driving alignment across stakeholders.
We are seeking a Project Manager with strong technical project management experience to drive PMO governance and automation project tracking across the bank. The candidate should have hands-on exposure to APIs, FinnOne, CBS, and cross-functional stakeholder coordination
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage PMO governance, project documentation, and weekly status reporting.
- Track automation initiatives including API-led integrations, workflow enhancements, and system automation.
- Coordinate with technology, product, operations, and vendor teams for requirement finalization, development, testing, and release.
- Oversee API projects, system enhancements, and integration efforts across FinnOne, CBS, and related platforms.
- Facilitate SIT/UAT, manage dependencies, and ensure on-time delivery.
- Prepare BRDs, functional documents, and project artifacts.
- Coordinate with internal teams and third-party vendors for flawless project execution.
- Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Develop detailed project scopes and objectives in collaboration with relevant stakeholders, ensuring technical feasibility.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project plans to track progress.
- Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.
- Measure project performance using suitable systems, tools, and techniques.
- Report project status and escalate issues to management as needed.
- Perform risk management to minimize potential project risks.
- Maintain thorough and up-to-date project documentation.
- Stay informed about global market trends and competitor strategies in digital project execution.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process enhancements.
Education Qualifications
- Bachelor of Technology in any discipline from a recognized institution.
- PMP/Agile certification preferred.
Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in project management, preferably in digital transformation or banking.
