Role Objective:
Own and scale an omni-channel digital sales engine for Gold Loans to drive high-quality lead generation, conversion, and profitability. The role targets incremental PBT of INR 375400 Cr through partnerships, performance marketing, SEO/SEM, hyperlocal presence, referrals, and a strong lead-to-conversion ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
Own end-to-end digital sales funnel: lead generation, qualification, conversion, and disbursement.
Drive INR 375400 Cr incremental PBT through scalable digital initiatives.
Build and manage digital partnerships with clear commercials, SLAs, and CRM/API integration.
Design and scale customer and employee referral programs with transparent tracking and rewards.
Lead SEO/SEM strategy with structured content roadmap and performance optimization.
Strengthen hyperlocal visibility by standardizing and activating branch-level digital presence.
Own performance marketing across Google, Meta, and other high-intent platforms with ROI focus.
Build digital capabilities across CRO, lead scoring, MarTech, analytics, and call-center integration.
Establish agile execution, governance, and cross-functional collaboration.
Key KPIs:
Digital PBT contribution.
Lead volumes, conversion rate, CPL and CPA.
CTR, CVR, and ROI across paid channels.
SEO rankings, organic traffic, and conversions.
Partner and referral contribution to sourcing.
Candidate Profile:
1218 years of experience in digital sales, growth, or performance marketing (BFSI/NBFC/Fintech preferred).
Proven P&L ownership and scaling of Digital Acquisition Engines.
Strong exposure to partnerships, CRM-led funnels, and MarTech.
Data-driven, execution-focused leader with strong stakeholder management skills.
Location:
Gurgaon (with regular interaction with branches and regional teams).
