Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Digital Growth - Lead Generation & Performance Marketing Manager at InstaLaxmi's Thane location. The responsibilities include designing and implementing digital growth and lead generation strategies, driving performance marketing campaigns, analyzing campaign data, managing projects, and optimizing marketing efforts to achieve business growth targets. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams and ensuring the success of digital marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Excellent Communication skills for team collaborations and stakeholder management
  • Proficiency in Digital Strategy and Digital Marketing to drive online growth
  • Project Management experience to efficiently manage campaigns and related tasks
