Operational
JOB DESCRIPTION
Design and implement custom Dynamics 365 solutions; configure entities, forms, views, and dashboards.
Automate processes with Power Apps and Power Automate; build/maintain model-driven apps.
F&O Module developement experience is mandatory.
Create FetchXML queries; extend client-side functionality with JavaScript, HTML/CSS.
Develop C# plugins/workflows and provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and enhancements.
Functional
Translate business requirements into scalable Dynamics 365 technical solutions.
Integrate Dynamics 365 with Microsoft and third-party systems via APIs/connectors.
Ensure quality with Git, documentation, and code reviews; apply Agile practices.
Mentor junior developers and promote best practices in customization and testing.
Strategic
RESPONSIBILITIES
Identify and drive process improvements, standardization, and optimization across Dynamics 365 solutions.
Shape solution architecture aligned with enterprise strategy; leverage Azure services where appropriate.
Track emerging trends in Power Platform/Dynamics 365 to inform roadmaps and innovation.
Client Interactions
Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and propose actionable technical solutions.
Communicate complex concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders; lead demos and training.
Provide proactive guidance and continuous improvement recommendations for deployed solutions.
Qualifications
Bachelors in Computer Science/IT/Engineering (B.Tech/BE); MBA is a plus.
Microsoft certifications: PL-400, PL-200, PL-600; MB-910/MB-920; AZ-900 or similar.
Strong foundation in software engineering principles and solution design.
4+ years total; 4+ years in Dynamics 365/Power Platform development and customization.
Client-facing consulting experience in business process improvement and technology implementation.
Preferably from Big 4 or similar consulting firms
