Job Summary:**

The Digital Executive at HINDUSTAN UNILEVER LIMITED will play a pivotal role in executing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across various platforms to drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales for our diverse portfolio of brands. This role involves supporting the digital marketing team in delivering effective online strategies.

Job Responsibilities:**

  • Assist in the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across channels such as social media, search engine marketing (SEM), display advertising, and email marketing.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using relevant analytics tools, providing regular reports and actionable insights to improve future campaigns.
  • Manage and update website content, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and SEO best practices are applied.
  • Support the creation and curation of engaging digital content, including text, image, and video, aligned with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (brand, sales, creative) and external agencies to ensure seamless execution of digital initiatives.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new digital opportunities and trends.
  • Assist in managing digital marketing budgets and tracking expenditure.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing technologies, trends, and best practices.

Job Qualifications:**

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within a consumer goods (FMCG) company or a digital agency working with FMCG clients.
  • Proven understanding of various digital marketing channels and their respective best practices (SEO, SEM, Social Media, Email Marketing, Content Marketing).
  • Experience with digital analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights) and reporting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
