Role Description

This is a hybrid role for a junior to mid-level digital designer/developer who has a strong eye for design and the technical ability to turn ideas into functional websites.

You'll work on a range of projects including website design, Webflow development, brand visuals, landing pages, and UI/UX improvements. While you'll collaborate closely with the team, you'll also be trusted to manage your tasks and take ownership of your projects. We're not expecting perfection but we do value curiosity, attention to detail, and a passion for great design.

Qualifications:

• 2-4 years experience designing and building websites or digital products (While you share your Resume, also feel free to attach a 2 Minute video on why you should get this job)
• A strong sense of design, layout, typography, and visual hierarchy.
• Experience with tools like Webflow, Figma, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Understanding of responsive design principles.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Strong communication skills.
• A positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
• Familiarity with Figma, Zapier, JavaScript/JQuery
• Experience with WordPress, Joomla and similar CMS platforms
• Knowledge of animations, interactions, or motion design
• Experience working with e-commerce websites
