Job Description

Job Title: Digital Demand Generation Manager

Location: Bangalore

Salary - 10-14 LPA

This role will focus on campaign strategy, enterprise lead generation, and pipeline creation in close collaboration with the Enterprise Sales and Business Development teams. Execution-heavy functions such as Website, SEO, and Marketing Automation will be handled by external agencies, while this role will focus on strategy, campaign performance, and revenue contribution. The primary objective of the role is to generate qualified enterprise opportunities and support ESG's revenue growth strategy.

Job Responsibilities:

 Pipeline Generation

• Design and execute digital demand generation programs to create enterprise opportunities.

• Generate Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) that convert into sales pipeline.

• Support ESG's new logo acquisition strategy through targeted digital campaigns.

 Account-Based Marketing (ABM)

• Identify target enterprise accounts in collaboration with the Sales team.

• Execute ABM campaigns via LinkedIn, digital platforms, webinars, and industry events.

• Drive engagement within key buying groups inside enterprise accounts.

 Digital Campaign Strategy

• Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns including:

o LinkedIn campaigns

o Google Ads

o Industry newsletters

o Email outreach campaigns

• Create campaign calendars aligned with sales priorities and partner initiatives.

 Vendor & Agency Management

• Manage external vendors responsible for:

o Website management

o SEO

o Marketing automation

 Ensure vendors deliver measurable outcomes such as traffic growth, conversions, and

campaign performance.

 Campaign Analytics & ROI

• Track and optimize campaigns based on:

o Lead generation

o Cost per lead

o Conversion to opportunities

o Pipeline contribution

 Provide monthly marketing performance reports to leadership.

 Sales & Partner Collaboration

 Work closely with Enterprise Sales and Business Development teams to support pipeline

creation.

 Run campaigns around strategic partner ecosystems such as Atlassian, AWS, Salesforce and

enterprise technology solutions.

Key Success Metrics

• The success of this role will be measured on:

• Marketing Qualified Leads generated

• Pipeline value created from marketing campaigns

• Conversion of MQLs to opportunities

• Cost per lead and campaign ROI

• Engagement with target enterprise accounts

Required Skills and Experience:

 5-8 years of experience in Digital Marketing / Demand Generation in IT Industry

 Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing or appropriate field.

 Proven experience generating enterprise leads through digital campaigns

 Strong experience running LinkedIn and paid digital campaigns

 Experience working with sales teams in revenue-driven environments

 Strong understanding of B2B enterprise buying cycles

 Experience marketing enterprise IT solutions or digital transformation services

 Exposure to partner-led ecosystems such as Atlassian, AWS, or enterprise software platforms

 Experience running Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns

 Executive-level communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management

 Strong analytical skills and comfort with pipeline and revenue metrics

 Demonstrate effective time management and organizational skills.

 Excellent communication, organizational and relationship building skills.

 Possess high motivation, initiative, enthusiasm, integrity, discipline and commitment.
