About The Role
We're looking for an Associate Creative Strategist who enjoys thinking creatively and understands how ideas translate into high-performing ads.
In this role, you'll work across multiple brands to build performance-driven creatives - from ideation to execution. You'll collaborate closely with senior strategists, performance marketers, designers, and creators to shape campaigns that drive measurable growth.
You won't be required to design or edit, but you will be responsible for the thinking, scripting, creative direction, and strategic clarity behind the work.
What You'll Do
- Develop campaign ideas, scripts, and ad copies for performance marketing creatives
- Build strong UGC concepts, hooks, and narratives across different industries
- Create ad creatives aligned with funnel stages and performance goals
- Work closely with the performance team to review results and refine creative direction
- Provide clear briefs and visual direction to the design team
- Conduct research on brands, competitors, audiences, and trends to strengthen ideas
- Be actively involved in shoots and production processes to ensure creative quality
- Interact with clients to present creative concepts, gather feedback, and ensure alignment on campaign direction
What We're Looking For
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in a digital or performance marketing environment
- Exposure to UGC ads, static creatives, and campaign ideation
- Basic understanding of marketing funnels and creative performance
- Strong writing and storytelling skills
- Ability to handle multiple brands in a fast-paced agency setup
- Comfort with feedback, iteration, and collaborative working
