Are you passionate about AI, content, and digital marketing We're looking for a Digital Content Marketing Specialist to own content, campaigns, SEO, social media, ABM, and AI-driven marketing for Microsoft 365 Copilot. This role sits at the exciting intersection of content + performance + Microsoft AI GTM.
Responsibilities:
- Content & Storytelling: Create blogs, whitepapers, case studies, emailers, and social media content tailored to buyer journeys. Produce demo videos, pitch decks, and customer stories highlighting clear business outcomes.
- Copilot GTM & Adoption: Drive demand generation for Microsoft 365 Copilot, run readiness workshops, and partner with Sales to convert MQL SQL Opportunities.
- AI-Powered Marketing & ABM: Plan multi-channel campaigns (LinkedIn, Google Ads, Meta Ads, email, webinars) using AI for targeting, personalization, and optimization. Execute ABM programs for UAE & GCC decision-makers.
- Website & SEO: Own WordPress/SharePoint sites, SEO strategy, landing pages, and UX improvements to drive traffic and conversions.
- Demo COE Support: Develop demo scripts, enable sales with field-ready assets, and support PLG motions.
- Market Research & Competitive Intelligence: Leverage AI tools to track trends, competitors, and publish actionable insights.
- Social Media Leadership: Manage LinkedIn presence, drive thought-leadership content, and engage key Microsoft and partner communities.
- Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with Sales, Delivery, and Partner teams, coordinating agencies and freelancers as needed.

- AI & Microsoft Ecosystem: Microsoft 365 Copilot, Teams, Modern Work; AI-driven targeting, personalization, and ABM programs.
- Creative & Content: Storytelling, brand copywriting, editorial planning, video scripting, pitch decks, UX, and landing page best practices.
- Soft Skills: Ownership, bias for action, cross-team communication, stakeholder management, analytical mindset.
Tools & Platforms:
- Paid Ads & Analytics: LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4, Search Console, SEMrush/Ahrens, HubSpot/Zoho CRM
- Design & Video: Canva, Adobe Photoshop (mandatory), Illustrator/Premiere Pro (preferred), CapCut, Figma
Performance KPIs:
- Copilot GTM: Demo sessions, workshop registrations, MQLSQL conversion, pipeline influenced
- Digital Marketing: Qualified leads, CPL, channel ROI, landing page conversions
- AI-Driven Optimization: % campaigns using AI, A/B lift, automated insight reports
- Content & Brand: Organic traffic growth, engagement, LinkedIn follower growth
Qualifications:
- 14 years of digital marketing & content experience (IT/SaaS preferred)
- Proven SEO/SEM, analytics, paid media, and lead gen experience
- Familiarity with Microsoft ecosystem (Modern Work, Copilot, Azure) preferred
- MBA/PG in Marketing or Digital Marketing is a plus
- Excellent English communication; Arabic is a bonus
