We're looking for a Digital Audience & Content Growth Lead to scale our social presence, deepen audience engagement, and amplify high-impact stories across platforms. This role sits at the intersection of content, culture, and distributionideal for someone who understands how news, trends, and internet culture travel fast and convert attention into loyal followers.
You'll own how our content shows up across social channels, experiment with formats, and use data to continuously refine what resonates with our audience.
What You'll Be Responsible For
Social Distribution & Growth
Own and expand our presence across X (Twitter), Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
Drive audience growth, engagement, and brand visibility through consistent, high-quality content distribution.
Adapt content formats to platform-specific behavior and algorithms.
Content & Trend Execution
Track real-time trends, internet culture, and meme formats to create timely, engaging posts.
Monitor industry and market conversations to ensure our voice is relevant and responsive.
Work closely with journalists, editors, and writers to amplify breaking news, features, and analysis.
Community & Engagement
Actively engage with the audience through replies, comments, and conversations.
Build a loyal, interactive community by maintaining a strong brand voice and responsiveness.
Performance & Insights
Track performance metrics including engagement, reach, clicks, and conversions.
Use analytics to optimize posting schedules, formats, and messaging.
Conduct competitor and peer analysis to identify content opportunities and gaps.
What We're Looking For
25 years of experience managing social media for a media, news, or digital-first brand.
Strong understanding of how X, Instagram, and Facebook content performs in fast-moving environments.
Ability to write sharp, engaging copy that matches the tone of news-driven and analytical content.
Hands-on experience with social media scheduling and analytics tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout, etc.).
Prior exposure to Web3, tech, finance, or emerging industries is a strong plus.
Data-driven mindset with creative instincts.
Role Details
Work Mode: Fully Remote
Collaboration: Work closely with editorial and content teams
Working Days: Monday Friday
Timings: 10 AM 7 PM IST
Compensation: 4 LPA 8 LPA (based on experience)
