Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Digital Content Creator at DrillBit, located in Bengaluru. The primary responsibilities include creating, editing, and optimizing digital content for various platforms and audiences. The role involves developing effective content strategies, conducting thorough research, ensuring content aligns with the company's mission, and engaging target audiences. Coordination with marketing and design teams to produce high-quality content will also be a part of the day-to-day tasks.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Content Creation, Creative Writing, and Digital Storytelling
• Skills in Content Strategy Development and Market Research
• Experience in Social Media Management and Digital Marketing
• Understanding of Multimedia Tools for designing visuals or creating video content is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
