We're looking for a creative, fast-moving Content Creator who can bring StepsAI to life through video, visuals, and storytelling across all marketing channels.
Role Overview
As our Content Creator, you will be responsible for producing high-quality short-form videos, product demo clips, visual assets, social content, and educational materials that explain and showcase StepsAI. Your work will be at the center of our marketing engine - shaping brand perception, user education, and customer trust.
This is a hands-on, creator-style role ideal for someone who loves AI, understands B2B audiences, and is excited to turn technical concepts into clear, compelling stories.
What You'll Do
- Produce short-form videos (15 to 60 secs) for LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, X, and website
- Create quick product demo videos, walkthroughs, and feature explainers
- Design visual assets such as carousels, diagrams, thumbnails, and lightweight illustrations
- Turn founder ideas or product updates into polished content within 2448 hours
- Collaborate with product, sales, and marketing to translate workflows into visuals
- Maintain a consistent visual identity across all channels
- Edit clips, add captions, animations, and motion graphics as needed
- Repurpose long content (webinars, calls, demos) into snackable short videos
- Experiment with new formats and keep up with AI + SaaS content trends
- Support campaigns with visuals for landing pages, emails, and ads
What Makes You a Great Fit
- Strong experience in video creation + editing (CapCut, Premiere Pro, DaVinci, or similar)
- Ability to turn complex AI concepts into simple, engaging visuals
- Comfortable recording voiceovers or guiding on-screen demos when needed
- Fast execution you prefer shipping quickly over endless polishing
- Good eye for design, composition, motion, and visual storytelling
- Familiarity with AI tools (for editing, design, productivity)
- Interest or background in SaaS, AI, or technical products
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
- Bonus: experience with memes, viral formats, or social-first content
