What you'll do:
- Be the main point of contact for B2B clients understand their digital ad needs and ensure client satisfaction
- Support planning, execution & monitoring of digital ad campaigns in collaboration with internal teams
- Help create proposals & presentations; assist sales by identifying upselling opportunities for ad solutions
- Deliver regular performance reports and insights to clients on campaign outcomes
- Work cross-functionally with sales, creative, analytics to make sure campaigns run smoothly
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing / Communications / Media or a related field
- 0-2 years experience in client servicing, account management, or similar
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized, good with time management, able to handle fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint & Excel)
- Interest in media, entertainment, and digital marketing
- Familiarity with media industry trends and platforms.
