Digital & Performance Marketing
- Take ownership for planning, setup and execution of influencer, digital partnership and digital branding campaigns
- Lead influencer marketing campaigns end to end with performance and branding KPIs
- Drive paid marketing across display, social, and programmatic channels for multiple products and drive performance
- Lead execution of campaigns across channels for Google - Display/ YouTube/ Discovery, Facebook, Instagram and other social channels to meet key performance metrics
Digital Brand Marketing
- Explore new channels for paid branding & acquisition to increase traffic and leads
- Plan and execute integrated brand campaigns (Video and Digital)
- Oversee video content production and ensure consistent brand messaging
- Collaborate with agencies and internal teams to maintain brand integrity
- Identify market trends and gather insights to utilise for manoeuvring the campaigns and driving performance
- Work on daily, weekly & monthly measurement and reporting for the performance of digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (return on investment and performance metrics)
- Align with internal stakeholders on cross-functional key projects requiring acquisition marketing efforts
- Drive business impact with understanding of ROI delivered through the respective campaigns managed
Affiliate & Partnership Marketing
- Explore and manage digital vendor partnerships for multiple products and drive the required goals
- Build and scale affiliate programs with a performance-led approach
- Monitor and optimize affiliate and partner performance
Analytics & Optimization
- Work on daily, weekly & monthly measurement and reporting for the performance metrics related to all the campaigns mentioned above
- Use data-driven insights to optimize spend and improve ROI
- Report on marketing effectiveness and iterate strategies accordingly
- Benchmark funnel metrics, user journeys, and creatives against competitors
- Align with internal stakeholders on cross-functional key projects requiring acquisition marketing efforts
- Drive business impact with understanding of ROI delivered through the respective campaigns managed
Skills:
- Min 4-5+ years of performance/digital marketing experience, including expertise on Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram and YouTube Marketing
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills for managing digital partnership and influencer campaigns efficiently
- Bachelor's /master's degree in engineering or business administration with a consistent track record in quantitative field
- A start-up mentality with a bias to action and the ability to flex in a fast-paced environment
- Proven track record of helping scale up digital marketing in a start-up environment and/or relevant work experience in leading performance marketing agencies
- Strong excel skills and data-driven thinking for driving business linked campaigns
