- Shift Timings –.Morning – 8 to 4:30 pm OR Afternoon ( 1 to 9:30 pm)
- Hybrid model - 3 days in office and 2 days work from home .
- Working Days- 5 Days Working
- Transport- Yes to Hiring Zones ( Green and Yellow zones )
- Tenure – The initial contract is for a duration of 6 Months . Basis performance and requirement it can be extended further to a maximum tenure of 18 months. There is No Bond .

- Handling tickets, system queries, and CRM system operations.
- Supporting Salesforce and CRM-related processes.
- Assisting with data-related tasks and operational analysis.
- Potential involvement in digitalization initiatives
- Candidate should have knowledge of CRM and Salesforce.
- Exposure to digitalization tools is preferred.
- Knowledge Power Apps , Power Automate, Power BI / related automation tools
- The candidate does not necessarily need a deep IT background but should understand technology and automation tools.
