Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven IT Software Sales Executive to drive business growth through the sale of innovative IT solutions and AI services. You will be responsible for identifying prospects, building relationships, and closing deals with C-suite executives and decision-makers in enterprise and government sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the enterprise IT solutions market
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders across multiple sectors
  • Conduct product demonstrations and present technical solutions aligned with client needs
  • Manage the entire sales pipeline from prospecting through contract closure
  • Collaborate with technical teams to understand product capabilities and translate them into client-facing benefits
  • Prepare proposals, RFQs, and quotations for clients
  • Track sales activities and maintain accurate CRM records for reporting
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking sessions to generate leads
  • Provide post-sale support and foster account expansion opportunities

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or related field
  • 2-4 years of proven B2B sales experience in IT solutions, software, or SaaS
  • Strong understanding of enterprise IT solutions, cloud services, or software products
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and sales management software
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Knowledge of AI/ML applications, IoT, or Industry 4.0 solutions
  • Experience selling to government sector or public enterprises
  • Experience with enterprise clients in manufacturing, logistics, or supply chain
  • Certification in sales methodologies (e.g., SPIN Selling, Consultative Selling)
  • Ability to navigate complex organizational structures and multi-stakeholder sales
  • Hands-on technical knowledge or ability to quickly learn technical concepts
