About the Opportunity Digital Artist

Join Dashreels as a Digital Artist and be part of one of India's most innovative AI media startups shaping the future of visual storytelling.

In this role, you'll work closely with a creative, fast-moving team to create AI-assisted, cinematic, and story-driven visuals for India's first AI-powered micro-drama platform. You'll leverage advanced AI tools and strong design principles to bring compelling narratives to life and push the boundaries of modern digital art.

We're looking for Digital Artists with a keen eye for visuals, a strong sense of design, and deep creative curiosity. Key Responsibilities

• Generate high-quality images based on the given script or visual brief.
• Conduct self-quality checks to maintain artistic and technical standards.
• Coordinate with your assigned buddy to troubleshoot any creative or technical challenges.
• Performance Targets (After Bootcamp):
• Single Character Panels: 50 images per day (including revisions).
• Multi-Character Panels: 25 images per day (including revisions).

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong artistic sensibility, including a keen eye for composition and visual storytelling.
• Passionate about storytelling through visual media, with the ability to interpret scripts or narrative briefs visually.
• Comfortable working exclusively within an AI generation environment. Prior familiarity with AI image generation tools is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Flexibility and adaptability in quickly learning and mastering our internal AI image generation tool, Studio.
• A proactive attitude and ability to integrate feedback constructively.

Educational Background

• An Art Portfolio is mandatory
• Bachelor's in Arts / Fine Arts / Animation is good to have
