About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Digital Application Marketing Manager with hands-on experience in managing and scaling mobile application marketing for leading QSR or similar brands such as KFC, Burger King, Domino's, Starbucks, or equivalent consumer-facing brands. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of app growth strategies, performance marketing, and customer lifecycle management.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive app installs, engagement, retention, and revenue growth
- Plan and manage performance marketing campaigns across digital channels (Google, Meta, affiliates, etc.)
- Drive user acquisition and app growth initiatives
- Optimize app funnel metrics including downloads, activation, retention, and repeat transactions
- Collaborate with product, CRM, analytics, and tech teams to enhance user experience and app performance
- Manage App Store Optimization (ASO) strategies
- Analyze campaign performance and derive actionable insights
- Drive loyalty programs, push notifications, and in-app engagement strategies
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in mobile application marketing, preferably in QSR, FoodTech, Retail, or similar consumer brands
- Experience working with brands like KFC, Burger King, Domino's, Starbucks, or equivalent
- Strong understanding of performance marketing and growth metrics
- Hands-on experience in managing digital campaigns and marketing budgets
- Full-time MBA (Marketing preferred)
- Strong analytical and communication skills
