Role Description

We are looking for a full-time Digital Advertising Specialist (Google Ads) to join our team at our Indore office. In this on-site role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimising Google Ads campaigns to achieve business goals. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing campaign performance, driving insights through data, developing strategies to enhance ROI, managing budgets, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align advertising efforts with overall digital marketing objectives. As a key player, your role will directly contribute to driving leads, traffic, and revenue growth for our clients.

Qualifications
  • Strong Analytical Skills to monitor and assess campaign performance, generate insights, and optimize paid advertising strategies
  • Effective Communication and collaboration skills to work with internal teams and clients for campaign coordination and reporting
  • Proven expertise in Digital Strategy and Digital Marketing, including hands-on experience with Google Ads, keyword research, and competitive analysis
  • Project Management skills to handle multiple campaigns, set priorities, and ensure timely deliverables
  • Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced environment, attention to detail, and an innovative mindset
  • Experience in utilizing tools such as Google Analytics and other data analysis platforms
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; certifications in Google Ads or similar platforms are a plus
  • Prior experience working in a digital marketing agency or on performance marketing campaigns is an added advantage
