Role Overview

We are looking for a results-driven SEO Executive with 2–3 years of hands-on experience to join our in-office team. The ideal candidate has a solid command of on-page, off-page & technical SEO, is comfortable working with SEO tools and analytics platforms, and can translate data insights into actionable strategies that drive organic growth.

Key Responsibilities

On-Page & Technical SEO -

  • Conduct thorough keyword research and map keywords strategically to web pages.
  • Optimize page titles, meta descriptions, headers, URL structures, and internal linking.
  • Perform regular technical SEO audits — crawl errors, site speed, Core Web Vitals, mobile-friendliness, indexation, and structured data
  • Collaborate with developers to implement technical fixes and SEO recommendations.
  • Optimize existing content and ensure new content is SEO-ready before publication.

Off-Page SEO & Link Building -

  • Plan and execute white-hat link building campaigns.
  • Identify and pursue quality backlink opportunities through outreach, digital PR, and partnerships.
  • Monitor and manage the backlink profile; disavow toxic or spammy links as needed.

Content Strategy -

  • Work closely with the content team to develop SEO-driven content briefs.
  • Identify content gaps and opportunities based on competitor and keyword analysis.
  • Optimize existing content for freshness, relevance, and search performance.

Analytics & Reporting -

  • Track and report on KPIs: organic traffic, keyword rankings, CTR, bounce rate, and conversions.
  • Use Google Search Console, GA4, and SEO tools like SEMrush to derive actionable insights.

Competitor & Market Research -

  • Regularly analyze competitor SEO strategies — keywords, backlinks, content, and SERP features.
  • Stay current with Google algorithm updates and industry best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications -

  • 2–3 years of proven SEO experience (in-house or agency)
  • Strong knowledge of on-page SEO, technical SEO, and off-page strategies.
  • Hands-on experience with tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics (GA4), SEMrush.
  • Familiarity with CMS platforms (WordPress preferred)
  • Ability to work with data — comfortable interpreting reports and making data-driven decisions.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English.

Nice to Have -

  • Experience with local SEO and Google Business Profile optimization.
  • Exposure to e-commerce SEO or B2B SaaS websites.
  • Knowledge of schema markup / structured data implementation.
