Job Title: Manager / Senior Manager – Digital Ad Sales (Automotive)

Location: Gurgaon (Sector 48)

Role Overview:

We are looking for a high-energy Digital Ad Sales professional with a deep understanding of the Automotive ecosystem. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue by selling digital advertising solutions (Branding & Performance) to OEMs, Tier-1 Automotive brands, and large Media Agencies. You should have a proven track record of hitting aggressive sales targets and a hunter mindset for new business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Revenue Generation: Own and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets through the sale of display, native advertising solutions on the CarBike360 platform.

  • Agency & Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong rapport with digital media planning/buying teams at major agencies and direct marketing heads at Auto OEMs.

  • Strategic Pitching: Create data-driven, compelling proposals that showcase CarBike360's ability to drive brand awareness and high-quality leads for car and bike brands.

  • Market Penetration: Identify and acquire new enterprise clients within the automotive and lifestyle sectors.

  • Sales Lifecycle Management: Manage the end-to-end sales process—from initial prospecting and pitching to negotiation, campaign monitoring, and final closure.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Content and Product teams to develop custom innovations and branded content opportunities for advertisers.

  • Market Intelligence: Stay updated on automotive industry trends and competitor activity to provide actionable feedback for product optimization.

What We're Looking For:

Exp: 4–8 years of experience purely in Digital Ad Sales.

Experience selling to Automotive clients or working with Auto-focused agencies is a massive plus.

Network: Strong existing relationships within the digital agency ecosystem (GroupM, Publicis, Dentsu, etc.).

Knowledge: Deep understanding of CPM, CPC, CPL models, and how to sell Value over just Inventory.

Skills: Exceptional negotiation, storytelling, and presentation skills. You should be able to turn data into a narrative.

Mindset: A proactive, self-motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
