Job Purpose
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic leader to join the Digital Acquisition squad within the New Age Platform function. As a Digital Acquisition Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of the bank's digital businesses. This role involves defining digital-first product propositions, acquiring customers through innovative digital marketing strategies, and continuously optimizing customer journeys to enhance conversion and reduce acquisition costs.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Plan, manage, and optimize digital campaigns across channels
- Analyze performance using digital metrics and equations (ROI, ROAS, CPA, CTR, conversion rates, etc.).
- Use CleverTap for user segmentation, campaign analysis, cohort tracking, and lifecycle optimization.
- Analyze large datasets and convert insights into actionable strategies.
- Create clear and impactful presentations for internal teams and senior stakeholders.
- Build and maintain dashboards and performance reports.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, data, and tech.
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all reports and analyses.
Education Qualification
Graduation: Bachelor's degree any relevant stream
Post-graduation: Any Stream
Experience
Minimum of 25 years of experience in digital marketing or digital management roles.
Experience with CRM, marketing automation, or customer engagement platforms.
Familiarity with BI and data visualization tools.
Understanding of full-funnel analysis.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong understanding of digital metrics, equations, and performance analytics.
Hands-on experience with CleverTap/Adobe.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data analysis).
Excellent presentation and data storytelling skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Experience with analytics tools and reporting platforms.
