Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Strategy

  • Refine marketing briefs and define campaign objectives
  • Develop integrated organic and paid campaign plans
  • Define KPIs, channel mix, and content sequencing

Campaign Orchestration

  • Structure campaigns in Wrike
  • Coordinate execution across content, design, social, web, PR, and paid teams
  • Manage timelines, approvals, and dependencies

Performance & Optimization

  • Monitor organic and paid performance metrics
  • Interpret campaign data and recommend optimizations
  • Conduct campaign reviews and share performance insights

Stakeholder Alignment

  • Act as primary campaign strategy partner for internal marketing stakeholders
  • Provide structured status updates and performance summaries

Qualifications

  • 58 years of experience in digital marketing, campaign strategy, or marketing program management
  • Prior experience as an account planner in an advertising agency is strongly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of organic and paid digital channels
  • Experience using workflow tools such as Wrike
  • Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills
